Western Style Engagement Shoot by Myron Hensel

We are going old school today with this engagement shoot. This old western theme looks like such a fun place to spend a day with a camera. Creative engagement shoots are totally the best for so many reasons. And look at all those yummy props, buildings and spaces. Major jealous of this one. Thanks to the wonderful photographer Myron Hensel for sending this little love shoot over to Engaged & Inspired.

Italian Engagement by Cata's Craft

Oh how I love the Italians. The style is so unique and portrays raw love so well. This engagement shoot is different from others I have seen as it feels so candid and unique. The photographer of this shoot, Catalina created a blog portraying her many crafts and many artistic loves.

Love Letters by Scott Andrew Studio

Sometimes the location and wardrobe are props enough to make an incredible engagement shoot. Although, it doesn't hurt to add in something as cute as those "LOVE" letters. Scott Andrew Studio was the guy behind this shoot, which is just so lovely. Incidentally, Scott was the photographer that we met in Napa to do our girls shoot a few weeks ago. I was so excited to find out that he shoots film because I love the feeling film gives to photos. Those should be coming in a few days/weeks.

A Walk In The Woods {and} A Surprise Proposal

Ian gave me access to my sidebar last night. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal, but for me, it totally is. So, I spent the wee hours of last night making, re-making and re-making yet again, a bunch of fun stuff for the sidebar. I unfortunately don't have all day to spend doing this, so it is not done, but it is getting there....so excuse my sidebar today! I am doing an overall clean-up and organization process, taking a ridiculously close look at the google analytics since the beginning, to make sure the blog is the best it can be. What can I say, it is my baby, and I love it. That will followed by a facelift at some point, when Ian is not as busy. (He is doing just as many things as I am...so it will probably be a while.)

Ok now onto the post for today. It is quite simple, I LOVE proposal stories. They make me all warm and fuzzy inside and I cry more often than not. And this one is no different.

And how cute is it to go out on a walk with your love and have it turn into a super cute proposal!

From Danielle Capito Photography, "Trevor had contacted me to be there to shoot the proposal so my boyfriend (& second shooter) headed up the coastline to be there to capture this great moment! Trevor had gone up earlier that week and took a picture of himself holding a sign saying "will you marry me." On the day, he swapped out memory cards and showed her the camera. As she looked at the picture of him, he got down on one knee and asked away!!"

Carnival Style Engagement {and} Total Fashion Jealousy

Starting out the week with a total engagement shoot crush. First is this girl a model or what, totally gorgeous. Engagement shoots with props, personality and a little flirting makes for a totally gorgeous shoot in the end. I love the set the balloons, and how to even start on that dress. Fashion jealousy right here! This little number and those totally bold shoes look absolutely gorgeous on her. Overall, I'm dying with this one. And the wonderful Clifton Photography is the lucky one who was able to capture all this amazingness on camera.

Love and a Giant Tree

Who doesn't love a darling shoot with some amazing foliage. Aside from that, this outfit (H&M dress mixed with a J Crew necklace I believe) is totally to die for, and can I have that hair! Ok, enough about this stunning girl, this shoot is simple and fun and totally sweet. This location is definitely to die for, I am a total fan of amazing trees. Michael Radford Photography is the mastermind behind this shoot.
