All Wrapped Up - Foodie Edition

I'm kind of obsessed with wrapping up foods these days. I pretty much want to have all mini foods and wrap them all. I mean, aren't these wrapped foods just brilliant? This really is the extra mile when it comes to wedding details.

The Well-Dressed Man

A wedding is the perfect excuse for your man to find the perfect suit, that he can hopefully wear over and over again. Bonobos is a great brand of men's clothing, and they happen to have a pretty awesome collection of suits as well.

Here are some tips on finding the perfect fit from the team at Bonobos:

• Fit starts with the shoulders: The jacket should grab your shoulders snuggly but not be overly tight. If the shoulders fit, pretty much anything else can be adjusted.
• Length matters: To determine the appropriate length, you should be able to cup the bottom of the suit with your arms by your side.
• Show some shirt: A flexible but general rule of thumb is to have a quarter-inch of your shirt cuff showing. If you’re wearing a heavier cuff, like a French cuff, you may want to show a little more.

Currently Coveting - Hayley Paige Dori

While I was checking out the new Haute Bride bridal salon in Los Gatos, a little something caught my eye.  And this might just be the dress that makes me do it all over again.

The Hayley Paige Dori is basically the perfect take on a traditional ballroom style dress with a modern twist. That slight purple tone is stunning, the bodice and those large ruffles. It is just perfection.

Vintage Inspired Shoot by 1985Luke Photography

This girly vintage-inspired shoot is a beauty. So many fun details and some beautiful floral arrangements that will have you giddy by the end of this post!

From the photographer: This styled shoot was born out of two girly-girls' (my wife BreAnne & makeup artist Priscilla Wright) desires to create an incredibly feminine shoot.

Set in Anderson County Park in Morgan Hill, CA, we collaborated with Bay Area vendors to style this project, drawing inspiration from the English, teatime, & Equestrian traditions! The result, with equestrian touches, color scheme of pinks, & the amazing fashion, made us feel as though we had stepped into My Fair Lady to capture our make-believe-bride being wed at the famous English races!

Los Gatos Florist, LaniElizabeth, arranged blush & white garden roses, tulips, & magnolia leaves in bouquets, teacups, & even inside a vintage trophy cup! Streams of black & ivory ribbons hung from the bride's bouquet finished with a pink prize ribbon from the Manchester Junior horse show! They also brought vintage books, pink teacups, clocks, & an antique silver teapot (with real tea for us to shoot!)
