Vintage and Detailed Wedding (In my potential venue!)

I wanted to show off this wedding because it is at the venue I plan on doing mine in! :) I basically googled the venue and searched for images so I could see what other people did, how the space was set up, etc. This completely helped me decide because I could really visualize how it could actually work! They really wanted a backyard feel to their wedding which they definitely accomplished from the DIY food, to the DIY decor. Everything was made by them from start to finish! This is pretty much what I want to do, so it's great to see that someone else has accomplished that and gotten published! (This wedding was featured on Ruffled.)

You can't see too many pictures of the space itself, but what do you think about it?? I would definitely love to hear thoughts, ideas of what I can do with it, etc!

Love the entrance way! I also wanted to hang lanterns which this place is literally perfect for.

Ok, that is just part 1! You can sort of see the space a little in terms of the colors, the nature, the brick etc. It's all very pretty, and it makes it even better that this wedding is beyond gorgeous!

Creating Wow Lighting - Hanging Lanterns

Definitely something I plan to incorporate A LOT of, hanging lanterns! I will definitely be doing a lot of those little white lights, but hanging clusters of lanterns will give it a different feel and a bit more "wow factor" to the space. And, as I showed in my previous lantern post, I already have a few, and getting more will only cost about $6 each! Not bad.

Does anyone know where to find smaller lanterns or different looking lanterns?? I am also adding lanterns to my centerpieces and I need something on the smaller side.

Its All in the Small Details

Little decor ideas are what makes your even special and personal. These are some of my favorites that I really plan to incorporate!

Keys: love the key idea but they are awfully hard to find. The ones I have found are expensive too. The look of the keys and the bronze definitely go with the theme I have, and those as accents would be perfect!

Lantern Lights: holy moly those are so inexpensive and they just seem to transform any room! Look on lunarbizarre.com for some very cheap ones! They also have every color under the sun, so no matter what color palette you are trying to work with, you can always get ball lantern lights!

Tags: paper products, and especially tags, are my favorite thing ever. I absolutely love them as they give anything you put them on a really nice touch an for a small price!

Candle Lighting: Mason Jar candle holders?! Amazing. Those are so cute as they match the clear mason jars I will have, yet they hold my favorite kind of lighting :)

What unique details do you have going on for your wedding???
